COINS advises all customers to have the latest Service Packs installed to ensure your COINS system works efficiently. As a minimum, please ensure service packs installed as follows:
v12.02 and v12.03 – Service packs up to December 2023
V12.01 – Service packs up to September 2023
Clients are advised to install and test fixes before running the April 2024 Payroll. The year-end guidance notes are now being prepared and will be available in March.
Please log a ticket if you need your service packs updating.
