Further to our recent update, it is recommended that all customers have service packs up to and including December 2023 installed. In addition you will need to install fixes for the following:

RTI Flag sequence number change (D511925)

v12.02: 4864 or the January 2024 service pack.

v12.03: 4845 or the January 2024 service pack.

RTI and NI changes for 2024 (PDR 28411)

v12.02: 5055 or the February 2024 service pack.

v12.03: 5064 or the February 2024 service pack.

Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP) changes for 2024 (PDR 28412)

The tax year can be rolled over without the fixes for SPP; the fixes can be installed once the new tax year is open. Fixes are only required when someone requests SPP in separate weeks or beyond the old 8 week window.
