Go to VAT - VAT Registration
Select the relevant registration number by ticking the box on the left hand side:
At the bottom of the screen, ensure the box is set to Authorise Viewing Information and click the apply action arrow:
The next screen will show you the Vat Reg. No. and give you a hyperlink to HMRC, click on the blue underline and use the log in details associated with this VAT registration number to log in to HMRC. Follow the HMRC steps to complete the Authorisation of viewing. Paste the code given into the box in Coins:
Next, change the Authorise Viewing Information box to Authorise submissions:
Click the Apply Action arrow and follow the steps to log in to HMRC again.
Once complete you should be able to create and submit the VAT return.
